Privacy policy
We only collect what MyChodzimy needs to work and store it in the EU.
Draft pending legal review. The binding version is the Polish one approved before launch.
Data controller
The creators of MyChodzimy are the data controller. Data enquiries: kontakt@beta.mychodzimy.pl.
What data
First name, email, city and an 18+ declaration. We don't store health, political or religious data, even if it comes up in conversation. We don't store card details.
Why
To run your account, show events, chat, notifications and safety (moderation, reports). We count visits and clicks (e.g. “Going”) anonymously in Umami, hosted by us in the EU: no cookies, no device identifier, no AI query text and no private meetup addresses.
AI search and taste profile
We send search questions to an AI provider only to build filters. Your taste profile is saved only with your consent (dated), and you can delete your chat history.
Recipients
Hosting, database, email, AI and analytics providers under data processing agreements. Data is stored in the EU.
How long
While you have an account. After deletion your events are anonymised and personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete and export your data (“Download my data” in settings) and complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
